I will help you as your Remote / Virtual - HR Consultant and HR Manager to be partnered for daily tasks. 

➢ Create a Job Description.

➢ Post on different job portals like (Naukri, LinkedIn, and Cut short Etc. ).

➢ Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description from LinkedIn, Zoom info, Naukri, Cut short, Monster, and Indeed.

➢ Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, previous employers, Notice Period, etc.

➢ Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest in the job opening.

➢Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for a smooth process➢ Ensuring the candidate is available to attend the interviews.

➢ Finalizing the interview schedule and making the interviewer available for taking the interview.

➢ After the interview share feedback with the Candidates.

➢ In case they have selected then salary negotiation and follow up with them till onboarding. I’d be happy to help you with all your HR needs.
