BID / PROPOSAL LEAD COORDINATOR - (Intermediate experience) collate the following from all the disciplines and generate the following: - Preliminaries - (Temporary Site Facility Additional Camp Accommodation Cost if needed, Design and Technical Services) - Direct Cost (Materials, Manpower, Supervision, Testing / Commissioning, Start-up, Equipment Rentals, Tools, and Consumables) - Indirect Site cost ( Site Management, QA/QC personnel, Health and Safety, personnel, Site office Staff, Site Running cost, Mobilization / Demobilization cost. - Administrative Cost (All Risk Insurance, Contractual Bonds, Financial Fees, Taxes, Sponsor Fees, Fees levied by the host country, Commercial Fees. - Overhead and Profit Generate the Direct and Indirect Histograms Generate the Proposed Organizational Chart Prepares the Preliminary Schedule (Up to level 1) Generate the Over-all Project cost to be evaluated by the Management Prepares the Commercial Proposal for final submittal. Prepares the Technical Proposal (How to execute the Project) PROJECT MANAGEMENT Having good experience in implementation/supervision of site project management from Budget monitoring, Purchase orders, Negotiation with suppliers, Weekly meetings and coordination with clients, Change order issuance, Punch-list rectifications, pre-commissioning, commissioning up to project hand-over.
