Design Project Manager, and Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager in big-ticket Projects with actual on-site experience. I possess multiple project management skills like leadership skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, and time management skills, motivating team members to name a few. I am familiar with Microsoft Project, Air Table, Asana, and Trello project management software and collaborate through Slack.
✅ Electrical Design Engineer - Design of Low Voltage Electrical systems including Lighting and controls, small power systems including distribution boards, switchgear, motor control system, grounding, and lightning protection, this includes layout and calculations, material selection, and submittals. I also design Low Current Systems such as CCTV systems, MATV systems, Structured Cabling systems (Data & Tel.), Fire Alarm systems, Building Management systems, Trunked Radio Systems, Public Address Systems, and Access Control Systems.
✅Electrical Estimator
Estimation of Low Voltage Electrical systems and Low Current System. This includes containments ( conduits, cable trays, cable trunking, cables, wires, and control cablings. Labor costs can be provided by adapting the client's manhour rates and efficiency, Material costs can be provided based on the client's database or can be sourced in the market in which the project is located using Lead Generation techniques. The above estimation can be generated using Bluebeam, Plainswift, M.S. Excel, or on-screen Take-off.
Work Terms
I can work up to 40 hrs/week, Payment Terms can be weekly or bi-monthly if the contract is on an hourly basis and by milestone payment if it's a lump sum work. The mode of communication shall be in the English Language.
