My goal is to leave every client feeling satisfied and taken care of.  To meet that goal, I offer these basic services when you work with me.

  • Before work starts, I collaborate with clients to learn their needs and goals.
  • Throughout the process, I send updates to keep clients aware of my progress.  Upon request, I use Word's "Track Changes" to show clients any changes I make.
  • After work is completed, I provide the client with a clean PDF copy of my work.


I like to maintain regular, cordial communication from beginning to end.  That allows us to work as partners to communicate your message the way you want.  It also gives us the chance to ask and answer questions to be sure we're both on the same page.
