A writer recognised for his work in movie and TV drama scripts. My best known work is the script for a feature film entitled BILUT, which was Malaysia’s biggest production in 2005. The film went on to win awards at the 19th Malaysian Film Festival and the 51st Asia Pacific Film Festival. My breakthrough as a scriptwriter was in 2003 after winning the Scriptwriting Competition held by the Malaysian Film Development Board (FINAS). The following year, he wrote the script for a 16-episode TV drama series, RUMAH ITU DUNIA AKU, an adaptation of a 1950 novel written by the prominent author Hamzah Hussin. My strong passion in movies becomes the driving force as I find great satisfaction in being able to write well, mai nly on historical fiction and drama genre. Additionally, I also write about love stories, romantic comedy and mystery thriller, as I continue to explore and prove my versatility.
