Most of my experiences were managing overseas software development projects and across the globe. My exposure into a Quality Management Software for 7 years, that brings additional values to the clients in terms of quality. I have worked in various remote development projects with RueduCommerce in France, DeciZium in Belgium, Intels in Nigeria, Album In France, Fair and White in France, e-Relationship USA, Pantha Corporation in Australia, OMNEX India, NIOT India etc. I was the Scrum Master all our remote development project. I have completed a handful of project with my agile development team. I used Target Process to manage all our remote development activities. We could successfully execute our entire project with the help of Target Process. I used to be part of the team because I enjoy coding and other hands on experience while serving higher positions.
