Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Standard working hours: 40 hours per week
Availability: Monday–Friday (exact time zone can be specified as needed)
Additional hours or weekend work can be arranged with prior agreement
Payment Terms
Weekly payment cycle
Invoices will be submitted at the end of each work week
Payments can be made via bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon methods
Long-term engagements may follow a milestone-based or retainer model if preferred
Communication Preferences
Primary communication: Email and Project Management Tool (such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp)
Chat communication (e.g., Slack, Teams, WhatsApp) is limited to short and quick updates
Scheduled voice or video calls will be arranged in advance when required
All major requirements, approvals, and change requests must be documented in writing for clarity
Project Management & Reporting
Task tracking and progress reporting will be managed via the selected project management platform
Weekly progress reports will be shared, covering deliverables, timelines, and blockers
Any changes to the project scope will follow a formal change-request process
Response Times
Messages received during working hours will be responded to within the same business day
After-hours communication will be addressed on the next working day unless previously agreed
Confidentiality & IP
All work produced will remain confidential and will be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment
