My skills include the following: -Business Analysis: Draft and complete complex spreadsheets and translate data from various sources for analysis; Structure relevant data into a consistent, concise, thorough and uniform format; Creates and presents requested reports that assess business results, influencing senior management decision making and improving customer satisfaction rate -Accounts Management: Provide support to established accounts by resolving inquiries and fulfilling orders -Billing: Use A/R software to process payments and invoices -Executive Assisting: Calendar management; Travel Planning; Event Planning; Web Researching; -Administrative Support: Establish short-term or long term point of contact between customers and service providers, coordinating application troubleshooting with customers and/or internal resolver groups ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained to resolve the incident within the respective service level agreement timeframe -Customer Service: Serve as a subject matter expert for customers to ensure understanding of products and services and aid in customer retention -Technical Writing/Training: Train team members on various business processes and applications as needed, by creating concise and efficient documents and presentations optimized for fast learning -Marketing assistant: Develop email lists, social media scheduling, blog management -Recruiting: basic staffing, including writing and setting up job postings, reviewing candidates, interviewing candidates, hiring, and guiding new staff through the on-boarding process Expert in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite Experience with Salesforce, Salespad, AS400, SAP Project-based work and hourly work available
