I am a student organizational psychology. This makes me look different at companies. Everyone acknowledges that people are the key to succes, but way to often we still see that people are unsatisfied with theri job. This can have several cause but it always comes to this: employees that don't match with their organisation or with their job, their significant less happier with their lifes.

This drives me to help companies to set up proper HR strategy in order to create sustainalbe business.
