This was my first project through GURU and with Alex. He was timely, clear in all of his communications, and even caused me to stay on my targeted timeline, of which I so appreciate.
In addition he was diligent going through 13+ points of edit he didn't miss a beat. Thank you for having my first exterior elevation on my flip be an easily marketable home.
I will be using him more and more as well as the colleagues I have sent his info to already.
