Finance
1) I am Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of all financial data required by the top management, this includes the monthly management accounts, budget variance reports, different comparisons and ratio analysis.Make sure all financial information for the annual audit are prepared base on IFRS.
2 ) Implement the Financial Policies, Procedures, Internal controls framework and guidelines for the functioning of the Finance department . Make sure Internal Controls working effectively and recommendations for improvement.Review and verify purchase order, invoices and contracts for conformance to company policy
Implementing inter company transactions’ policies , procedures and reconcile inter company transactions and do necessary adjustment
3 ) I worked in SAP environment and also worked as a focal person during implementation phase so managing any software is not difficult for me and Coordinate with software company and IT department for implementation correction of errors and updating of system (ERP ).
Cost Accounting
? Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports and costing on product level.
? Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances
? Review, identify and code various cost and proper recording of such costs to arrive accurate cost for each cost center.
? Identification of materials, labor and overheads costs for each and every activity for production.
Credit Control
? Verify and conform all the corresponding documents of the customers with bank and other parties before approving credit
? Coordinate with default customer to reschedule the payment plan
? Follow up with due amounts to make sure to receive on time and propose Discount allowed percentages of clients to management
Payroll
? Review and approve monthly salary before send to bank
? Resolve disputes in payroll and Approving correction journals.
