Senior UX Researcher | Leveraging AI Agents to Enhance UX Research Workflow, Efficiencies, and Data Analysis

Brian has over a decade of hands-on experience as a Senior UX Researcher and holds an Australian Government Baseline security clearance. He is proficient in qualitative & quantitative user-centered design (UCD) research methods, resulting in actionable strategic and tactical recommendations, driving meaningful, user-centric improvements to products. He has significant experience collaborating with geographically remote stakeholders on corporate, government, and startup projects.

He invested 2023 in a transformative sabbatical, exploring the benefits of AI agents to enhance the UX research process. This knowledge should not be mistaken for simply using 'bolt-on' AI features in standard UX tools, AI agents' capabilities extend far beyond basic features. They collaborate as a team or swarm, sometimes as a Mixture of Experts (MoE), on human-assigned tasks at unmatchable efficiency levels.
