- Experience in B2B AND B2C customer service and support via social media, email, WhatsApp, chat on product website or store;
- Knowledge in customer service support and sales for digital products (Hotmart, Perfect Pay, Orbita/Eduzz, Monetizze, etc);
- Active and receptive telemarketing;
- Cart recovery.

SDR AND LDR B2B or B2C
- Scheduling of meetings with prior contact via active phone call;
- Lead list creation and list qualifications.

Other:

- Personal virtual assistant;
- Budgeting, bidding, and market research;
- Data entry;
- Remote supervisor of customer service teams.
