Work Terms
Office Hours: Cyan office hours are flexible based on your project needs, however, normal hours of operation are M-F 8-5 CST.
Location: All writing is performed at our office in Texas, USA, unless otherwise negotiated at contract award. Training conduct and videography is performed on-site at customer facilities and negotiated on a project basis.
Terms: Firm Fixed Project terms (FFP) are 25% at contract award, with progress payments at agreed upon milestone dates. Time and Materials (T&M) projects are billed weekly for hours worked and expenses incurred.
Cyan believes that responsive and professional communication is the key to any project's success. Calls are returned the same day whenever possible; text messages and emails are monitored continuously during working hours. Video conferencing via Webex is available as needed for kick-off presentations, status updates, and validation meetings.
