I started programming as a physics major in college using Fortran to process nuclear decay data. I have continued programming as a physicist, teacher, IT Director, Systems Analyst, Senior Programmer and now as a freelancer. I have written applications for email, staff scheduling, job scheduling, ecommerce, instruction, finance, inventory, purchasing, and more. I have worked with Windows and Linux systems including desktops and servers. I now focus on the development of complete web applications using html5, css3, jQuery, sqlite and python.

Given a well-defined web application project, I will propose a fixed price covering all the work. This protects your budget while giving me the freedom to polish the final product to my satisfaction and to yours. For projects that have significant changes during development I use an hourly rate. We can negotiate a mix of these two approaches to fit your project. I will always continue working to reach your complete satisfaction.
