Design and how humans interact is a critical step in what makes a product a success. It is essential to invest in it and to take it as, if not more, seriously as coding and manufacturing can be.

I begin most projects with a research and discovery phase, as we discover strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Depending on the project, I will also deliver a permanent report on these discoveries. Removing variables and producing tangible, educated evidence always guides our processes in the correct direction.
