My "office" back round is in BDC Management and Office Managerial roles. Organizing office needs, training new employees for customer service -including up-sells, scoring calls for quality, defining daily goals for employees.
Other duties included ensuring proper courses are taken in a timely manner, taking escalated calls or emails , collaborating with HR to ensure discipline is administered in line with Labour Standards and WHMIS followed closely, incident reports completed in a timely manner and ensuring the company and employees protection is top priority.
