Work Terms

1. Project Basis:
Payment Terms: 50% advance | 30% prototype / mock up | 10% Beta version | 10% final delivery before transferring files on clients live server.
Providing Updates: Alternate days or twice a week update.
Delivery: Is also dependent upon client’s feedback.
Communication Tool: Not provided. No direct interaction with resource. Everything routes via sales person only.
Location: Our local server / environment.
Owning the code: Post fully paid.

Bug Fixing: Free 15 day post project handover and fully paid.

Client responsibilities: Prompt updates on the delivery of every module in timely fashion is must.

2. Resource basis:
Providing Updates: Daily at least twice a day. Can be more as per client availability.
Delivery: Direct communication with the developer makes the deliverables much faster.
Communication Tool: Skype Instant Messenger / Project Management System / Email.
Location: Client side server / environment.
Owning the code: Since beginning of the requirement client owns it.
Payment Terms: 100% advance.
