3D Vision, Scanning, Reconstruction, and Imaging
I offer ten years of experience, with a proven ability in the field of 3D computer vision and graphics. My multidisciplinary research interests span optical 3D measurement methods and systems (3D scanners), 3D reconstruction, computational geometry, geometric modeling and processing, real-time 3D simulations and applications, 3D visualization and rendering, virtual reality systems, medical imaging, and C++/Qt based software packages.
I count myself a passionate coder and developer. To date, I have worked on several research projects and developed several software applications in vision and graphics fields. All of my software are written in C++ and some of them are available on my personal website as free downloads.
Moreover, author of several mesh, point cloud, and image processing algorithms such as filtering, cleaning, smoothing, fairing, subdivision, decimation, triangulation, registration, reconstruction, phase wrapping and unwrapping, and image filtering, etc.
