To provide my clients with their own "dream landscaping", I like to ask a lot of questions regarding the wants, needs, and desires of the client. Scale, micro-climates, themes, features, plant materials, and maintenance requirements are all important things that go into a comprehensive landscape design plan. I always attempt to provide my clients with a design that compliments their property, meets their budget, and provides for minimal care. I utilize advanced landscape design software to provide my clients with a "what you see is what you get" view of my landscaping proposal. I prefer to have lots of photos to work from even if I only use a few to develope the design. Good landscape design isn't about what I want as a designer, it is about what my client wants and it is my job to gather as much information as possible to allow me to develope an outstanding project that meets all of my client's needs and desires.
