About

I'm a registered Civil Engineer from the Philippines since 2010. I've handled different range of projects from hotels, casino, residential & commercial buildings to mix developments. I'm usually involved at the earliest stage of the project which is design stage and pre-construction, with roles such quantity surveying, design management & project management. I'm well experienced in project coordination between suppliers, trade contractors, builders, and the project owner.

I am currently pursuing and enjoying my role as fulltime Project Manager. I do offer my skills in architectural estimating and project management on a side hustle. I use Planswift for take offs. I don't have any project management tool but I do use MS Project and Visio.

Work Terms

I'm only available 5 to 8hrs a day. We can discuss further depending on project and work scope.

I prefer direct to bank payments.

My local language is Tagalog but I can communicate well in English both business and conversational.
