I picked up my compass and started my creative journey in the 1990s. Like many artists I began by experimenting with two dimensional art, doing sketching and painting. These mediums are still important to my artistic development.But along the way I was taught metalwork by my husband Larry, and I moved into three dimensional sculpture. Although I use a variety of traditional sculpture methods, I am not a craft person. I use my increasing mastery of technique to express my understanding of myself and of the world. With this comes a need to share this understanding with others.Art is a tool for my soul, a way to convey my vision of nature and human beings as a seamless whole. I desire beauty, but I have an eye for the ironic and for the magical, fantastic, and strange.Join me on my creative journey. We design and create custom metal art. We charge $150.00 design fee that will be refunded if an order is placed. We require 50% down payment to start any new project. Remaining balance when the project is finished plus shipping/handling paid in full before shipping. Photos will be sent to you when your project is completed.
