A freelance artist offering high quality art at affordable prices.
I'm Emily Krebaum, but I go by Em. Right now, I'm an art student at College of DuPage looking to make some money on the side to pay for another year of tuition and save up for a place of my own. Art is my life and though I'm not sure what I want to do specifically yet, I know I want it to involve art.
I'm a children's book illustrator for Taylor and Seale Publishing, which means I've had a bit of experience. So far, I've illustrated six published books and one that has yet to be published. I usually get paid $400-$500 per book, but I'm flexible when it comes to prices and would be happy to work out something that's more comfortable for my clients. My clients, both previous and current, can tell you that I'm a dedicated worker. It's my goal to get as close to your vision as possible and based on the feedback I receive, it's safe to say that I almost always meet that goal.
Aside from my work, I mostly just hang around at home and have plenty of free time to draw, write, read, and spend time with family and friends. When I'm not on the computer, I'm off creating stories and scribbling down song lyrics.
Work Terms
We can work something out! I don't expect more than $50 for an individual piece and for books, it depends on the number and complexity of the illustrations (I wouldn't expect it to go beyond $500).
