Conceptual design: Before project, executive project.
Analysis: Building occupancy statistics.
Documentation: Integration of single file, tenders,
safety and hygiene, quality regulations, public works regulations, contract review.
Construction logistics: Project control and management of execution studies and control and monitoring of the work, agile methodology and PM.
Operation and maintenance (Real Estate): Management of corporate building resources.

Working hours: 7:00 am at 3:00 pm time of Mexico (If you are from another country we can agree schedules)
