My work has been used for residential single family homes, multi-family dwellings and a few commercial spaces. I have worked with architects, engineers and designers to create custom floor plans and CAD-based drawings that meet the customer's design needs and budget
While I do not provide custom architectural designs, my primary function is to provide technical working drawings which can be used to obtain construction loans and building permits. If you have the design, but you need the working drawings (floor plans, elevations, HVAC, structural, electrical, plumbing, site plans, etc.), and the permit to begin building, then I'm your guy.
