For online services, I offer 3D Modeling for conceptualizing furniture, color combinations etc. I use Solidworks and AutoCAD for my design work. This helps customer for optimizing and better utilization of available space, estimation of quantity of various items like wood, plywood, laminates etc and overall cost of fabrication. The quality of rendering 3D model depends on customer requirement for specific need. For example no color when required for space optimization and estimation of material. Colors on surface for deciding color combination. Texture effect of laminate for better visualization and presentation purpose etc.
I provide 3D Modelling & rendering of buildings, Mechanical products using AutoCAD, 3Ds Max and Photoshop.
I also provide design and drafting for Highway, Road, Drainage and Sewage water line, estimation of catchment area for dam, Level contouring and quantity estimation of land, earthwork in cutting and filling etc using AutoCAD Civil 3D Software and Autodesk land Development.

Work Terms
I am available for more than 60 Hour per week.
I prefer receiving payment through online bank transfer and with milestone wise stage payment. Which allows smooth progress of work and satisfaction of customer. I prefer communication in email or sms text message format, which makes a documented interaction. However for understanding the concept I can be available on phone.
