I am a professional writer who specializes in the creation of website content, business descriptions and organization documents.

I am a Business Broker and Consultant in the United States; licensed in state of Nevada. I have helped to create, write, organize, and proofread business plans, website descriptions, annual reports, employee handbooks, operations manuals, job descriptions, and more for almost 20 years.

I will complete every job personally and will never sub-out or reassign any task. I answer every communication promptly and personally. This is my job and I take it seriously.

I specialize in (and excel at) descriptive and process based assignments (essential to every business big or small)…

• Business plans: a written description of a company’s mission, goals and strategies
• Annual reports: the yearly report to shareholders, documenting its activities and finances
• HR manuals: a manual describing a company’s employee management practices
• Operating procedures manuals: step by step instructions to handle a job or situation
• Job descriptions: a detailed description of an employee's responsibilities
• Website descriptions: descriptions and blurbs describing the company and products

My expertise is in taking unorganized plans surrounding a new business, product or service and rearranging them into a straightforward, “easy to understand” description or manual (finding order out of chaos).

Although I have completed many different types of writing assignments in the past, I typically do not take jobs involving fictitious, travel or autobiographical writing. While interesting, it is not my passion.

Before and during the process, I will work closely with you to make sure that I have a true understanding of your vision and needs and that you are pleased with the direction of any documentation being created.

Work Terms

I dedicate approximately 20 hours to writing throughout the work week; typically between 12pm and 4pm PST (although the details often come together at the oddest hours).

Payments are made through PayPal at the end of an assignment and/or at the end of milestones (depending upon the size of the project).

I appreciate open communication as much as possible. I am available via email or Skype throughout a project. If you have a question or concern, then definitely ask (I will do the same)... small, quick questions asked as they come up can often avoid miscommunication or wasted hours of work. I will definitely look forward to hearing from you.
