Expert Analyst - Finance, Real Estate, Bookkeeping

My name is Loren R. and I am the sole principal of LG Consulting Group, LLC. I specialize in financial analysis, P&L statements, real estate underwriting, and bookkeeping services. I hold a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Real Estate Finance. My analytical skills were honed while working as an Electrical Engineer for the Department of Navy where I was responsible for designing defense programs for fighter aircraft. These skills were further enhanced during the 5 years I spent as a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager/Underwriter at a major U.S. bank where I successfully underwrote $300MM in commercial real estate (CRE) loans annually and managed a portfolio of those performing CRE loans.

In addition to my strong analytical skills, I excel at organizing, prioritizing and managing with maximum efficiency. I would now like to utilize the aforementioned skills to help YOU achieve your goals.
