I hold a Masters degree in medical sociology and began - and subsequently deferred - a doctoral degree at Oxford last October. I am well versed in qualitative research, particularly conducting focus groups and interviews, and have extensive experience studying a range of topics in the social sciences.
Beyond this, I am an efficient writer, editor, and proofreader, and enjoy refining research proposals and denser academic texts. I have further experience writing policy briefs and generating needs assessments for non-profit organizations and social enterprises.
Work Terms
I largely make my own hours and prefer to communicate via e-mail. I charge $40/hour, negotiable depending on the size and scope of the project.
