Work Terms
My office hours are Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm CST normally.
𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦:
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 - Free Consultation: We arrange for either a conference call or Zoom meeting to discuss your project in detail, come up with a game plan, establish a timeline, give you a chance to ask questions and agree on terms and payment.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 – Agreement: Following our conversation, a creative brief detailing what we have agreed to including milestones, a timeline, deliverables and of course your investment will be drawn up.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 - Work Begins: This is where the actual work begins. As the project progresses, you will be either working closely with me or will receive daily updates on the progression of the project.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰 - Review & Revisions: Once the work from Step 3 is completed, we will review the work and make any revisions, tweaks, adjustments, etc. that may be needed or desired.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱 - Final Review & Delivery: Finally, we make one last pass at the work done to make sure all objectives, milestones, and corrections have been completed. All files are collected, including the original production files, and packaged for delivery to you.
