SUMCUBE INTERNATIONAL LLC'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE SERVICES PRICE RECEIVED BY SUMCUBE INTERNATIONAL LLC UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR WORK TERMS FOR THE PARTICULAR SERVICE WHICH CAUSED THE DAMAGES.
