I am Billing & QS management professional with 12 years of experience in leading a range of Billing & QS, and Quantity surveying functions with large-scale global enterprises. Throughout my career I have handled an array of responsibilities spanning budgeting, forecasting, Billing & QS activities, Planning management, Quantity Surveying, Processing the Tax Invoice with ease and efficiency.

My experience has equipped me with knowledge of SAP Software, MS Project & Quantity Surveying Automation (Auto CAD, Excel). I am skilled in managing all aspects of quantity surveying, including elemental cost estimate, measurement, bill of quantity preparation, drafting and reviewing project correspondence, negotiating meeting, progress on site, variation order calculation, and final accounts.

Being a B.E. in Civil Engineering & Diploma in Civil Engineering and having had an insightful experience in senior positions, I understand the intricacies of the Quantity surveying & Billing function. Also, my extremely nurtured analytical skills keep me at the forefront of Billing reporting & documentation and a what-if-scenario analysis to assist management while taking high-stake decisions.
