I am seeking a senior level opportunity with a non-profit where I can utilize my significant industry experience, and expertise in the areas of nonprofit and fundraising management.

I am a highly successful and versatile Development Officer. My skills include organizing and conducting fundraising activities that lead to extraordinary Capital Campaigns, Major Gifts and Annual Fund Campaigns, including developing strategic fundraising initiatives that are comprised of detailed timelines, measurable goals and development metrics. I am a strong communicator who listens to the needs and wishes of the donor, and I write clearly defined proposals for individuals, foundations and corporations. My success is evident by the progressive increase in my responsibilities, the scope of my work, which includes direct reports and presentations to the Board, Administration and community, resulting in campaigns that are highly successful, with increased giving and retention of current and new donors.

I am a mentor to my staff as well as to other fundraising professionals; as a result several of these individuals have been able to advance their careers.
