20+ years of proven experience in architecture & design. I have a strong knowledge of software including AutoCAD, Sketchup and more.
I have always had a passion for architecture and design since a young child. The roles I have played over my career include: project manager, designer, project architect, construction administration, owner's representative and construction manager. My experience includes taking projects from initial planning phase to design development then through construction documents and construction. The projects I have been involved in cover a wide breadth of size, materials and scope including everything from small residential projects to high rise offices. This experience has provided me with the skills, project knowledge and success factors that the given project requires and that I can provide.
I now am now pursuing my love of the industry through freelance/contract work after many years at large architecture firms. I moved back to my home town where I enjoy a slower pace of life and being surrounded by the beauty of the northwest.
A specialty I have been involved with is the design and development of progressive, energy efficient and sustainable home designs along with micro housing concepts in both single family and multifamily scenarios.
Work Terms
I am flexible to work whatever hours the project requires. I live in the Pacific Timezone (USA). I take deadlines seriously and meet them.
Payment method is negotiable however prefer the SafePay method.
