About

My mission is to spark interest, guide transformation, and encourage life long learning, leadership, and life-work balance among those I meet.

A career of 25 years in Business Training-Development & Administrative Office Services with a specialization in instructional design technology, office /grant management, multimedia/presentations, technical writing, purchasing/vendor contracts/inventory/logistics and employment-talent acquisition.

I have masters degrees in Organizational Leadership ( MA with adult learning focus) and an Instructional Design Technology (MS Edu-IDTS with a focus on online training & development & assessment). I also have certifications in Knowledge Management, Leadership, Event Planning, Commercial Photography, Videography, Purchasing, Dreamweaver, MS Office Suites, and Project Management.

A part-time College/University Adjunct for over 10 years teaching Business, Intro to Computers, Office Services, & Leadership-Management.

A workshop training facilitator /presenter for eight years to businesses, municipalities, health care -medical centers, and schools for their staffs, managers, etc. on various subjects. I created special commercially sold IDT projects and courses by several colleges to external clients - subjects such as: online training modules for new hires, resume - bios writing courses, software updates, and downloadable ethic policy manuals.

As a consultant, I often design HR materials for mergers, downsizings, and closures of corporations as well as vast training and development workshop materials for webinars or online courses.

As an employment consultant, transition-career change advisor, resume writer, and portfolio developer, I meet/talk with both private clients and business staff about their career goals or skill needs. In many organizations professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, and/ or bios are required to be updated several times a year. Even the average employee need one. I have a wide knowledge and experience in this area to advise anyone searching for their next position or career transition.

Work Terms

Hours Available: M-F / 9-9 CST
Basic Resume -Career Rates: $15-$75 per hour / 2 hour min.
Advanced Resume CV- $ 75 - $375 per project
T & D / IDT Consulting/ Development Rates: $25 per hour / $225-$1750 per day ( plus any /all expenses)
Training Facilitation Rates: $225- $7500 ( plus any /all expenses)
