1. Strong design & coding experience in .Net Framework 4.0 using design patterns & OOPS concepts.
2. Experiencing in implementing solutions using .Net WebForms,WindowServices using C#, VB.NET , MVC, PHP,JQuery ,XML and Ajax.
3. Strong database concepts on SQL Server Database 2008 R2 and MySql-6.0
4. Experience in integration practices with 3rd party services like Payment Gateway and SMS Gateway.
5. Implementation knowledge of IIS setting & configuration, Release deployment.
6. Able to define technical approach for development team
7. Strong Team Leading skills: ability to provide structure in dynamic problem solving situations
8. Report to Technology Applications leadership on the progress, risks
9. Collaborate with Technology Applications team to follow standard delivery methodology and processes
10. Communicate with business on the feasibility and progress of the proposed solutions
11. Responsible for providing expert services to the development team like troubleshooting and performance tuning
12. Responsible for continuously monitoring the overall progress of projects and having a risk assessment and mitigation plan
13. Responsible for managing development team, liaising with Product, Architecture, and QA team ensuring timely and quality delivery of product
14. Implement standards & best practices for software development and ensure process compliance
