PMP looking for challenging projects, highly motivated and with a strong work ethic
Graduated from a master degree in Project Management and certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), my experience as a Project Manager has been in the hydraulic engineering field managing projects of high importance considering their objective was the maintenance of the water distribution system for Mexico City. Since the projects were executed on a tight budget and with great time constraints I developed a sense of dynamism when it came to planning, controlling and monitoring to assure expected performance and value.
On the other hand, the correct management of stakeholders had a great impact on project success, therefore effective communication with the client, project team, suppliers and the community was part of my role as a project manager. Important to mention as well, is that when it comes to achieving project’s objectives, I believe a project manager is lost without a motivated and engaged project team, therefore keeping an open communication with them and defining how to motivate them according to their specific profiles and needs is key to achieving the project’s objectives.
Always in the look for personal and professional growth, I have studied abroad and relocated several times to get my master’s degree, improve my French and open my mind to different cultures and ways of living as well as finding new professional challenges.
