I am from Atlanta, GA, I currently live in Mexico with my wife while we wait for her papers to clear. I have lived all over the United States as well as traveled the world. Currently since I can not be inside of a decent restaurant I am following my passion. I have been helping people form 501(c)3 on various websites. It started about 10 years ago when I started an Immigration consulting firm out of Gainesville, Ga. I was known for being the one who could get religious visas approved among my community. This led to me incorporating there churches later on. I have a back ground in the hospitality industry, managing and consulting for restaurants, as well as everything else needed to get to that position. I have been to The Art Institute in Atlanta for Culinary Management. When I come back I am getting my bachelors in hospitality and tourism. What does all this have to do with non-profit and immigration... good question. They were my first passion obviously I love to help people, but helping others help more people is a greater reward, besides I am good at it. I understand the laws, code by code. I have never lost a case with a State, IRS, or USCIS. Like I said I am living in Mexico, whoever gives me a chance I will exceed any expectations. I depend on this to feed my family, not just as a side job, so my work and references is all I have. Work Terms
I can work any time you need me to, once again I am living with my wife in Mexico so you have an advantage over me as I will do anything I feel confident I can to make you happy and support my family. My work terms are different for each project. The non-profit, I expect half when the project gets sent off and half when it gets approved. I cant wait for the IRS to try to hit their 270 day deadline. The immigration is on a case by case basis.
