I posted this job on Guru.com and Fiverr.com and a total of 110+ freelancers applied. They all said they knew how to do the job including the animation, but many simply wanted to have it awarded to them. Kaleem also applied but he did not have much of feedbacks or money earned. However, he said he could do the job, and to prove it he sent part of the animation I needed! I awarded the job to him and today he delivered it to my satisfaction. A good freelancer is one who is honest, has the capabilities AND the patience to make the necessary polishing as instructed by the employer. Kaleem has all this. I give him 5 stars
