Originally a musician and entertainer for over 30 years, I turned to writing to express my creativity and earn an income when an operation on my fingers ended my ability to play guitar.I initially began writing SEO articles in 2009 for IOL Marketing, a Canadian internet marketing company based in Richmond Hills, Ontario, Canada, They quickly extended my writing services to include ebooks and blogs and I worked for them until 2014.I also worked from 2009 to 2014 as a professional researcher for a major player in the genealogy field and became enamored with the subject. After tracing my own family lineage back to 1683, I found that genealogy could be a time consuming and expensive undertaking. I consequently decided to take a hiatus from freelance writing and publish a line of helpful guides that would assist others in tracing their family lineages and finding the necessary records as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Thus the Handy Genealogy Handbooks were born; presently one for each state in the United States of America and one for Irish genealogy research. An avid genealogist myself, I have designed them to take researchers right to the resource they need, most of which are free.These books are available online, through offline retailers such as Barnes & Noble, and distributors such as Ingram and NACSCORP. They have also been made available through Baker & Taylor to libraries and academic institutions.I have decided to return to the world of freelance writing and look forward to making new acquaintances, writing on new subjects and topics, and crafting unique, quality content for those who want to stand out from the average internet crowd.
My hours of operation are flexible and can be adjusted to fit your schedule. Payments should be by a verified method and I prefer payment per job as to per hour payments.
