Coventry League was founded to provide execution support for corporate finance and development transactions, and to manage public investment partnerships. Although it is not as active with the latter, over eight years it achieved annualized unlevered gross returns in excess of 40% without a single down year.

The company’s current focus and interests are with optimizing corporate development, financial management, and shareholder diversification and succession activities for lower middle market companies, particularly ones that have been marginalized by professional service providers.

Work Terms

** Monthly retainer/contract ($3k - $12k depending on whether there are performance milestones - for example restructuring capital base, acquiring companies, selling your company, etc.).

** Hourly rate generally is between $50 and $100 (min. 5 hours per week for at least one month).
