This is 1200 s.f. ADU. One story building. Wood frame structure, roof is trusses. I have completed the drawings, including foundation plan, framing plan, details. I have located all hold-down, shear panels. I am looking for civil/structural engineer P.E. in California to give me the following:
1. seismic calculation
2. Shear panels and locations
3. Verify my foundation and framing plans, including braces.
