The second floor can be a 5" concrete that can withstand forklifts and heavy machinery up to 5 tons. It features masonry exterior walls and a sloped, insulated TPO roof.
- Sustainability: The flat roof will be approximately 90% covered by solar panels. Combined with commercial energy storage, these will power the factory lighting and the entire office building.
Requested Adjustments On the second floor of the factory, the current break room and restrooms numbers and layout are too small. Please expand it to include a counter, refrigerators, microwaves, and a seating area for approximately 50 people. This area should be situated along the front side with windows for exterior views.
