I am looking to hire someone whose first language is English, so countries like the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, and South Africa are preferred! What is needed is a 30-40 page mystery thriller for me to use.

I am only looking for unique content, so nothing you turn in should be copied or stolen from other sources, especially from the book above. The link is only for reference to give you an idea. I will carefully check every work I get turned in for copies.
The story needs to be 70-80 pages of high-quality, entertaining content! No fluff and fillers.

This is what the final project must look like:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Size: 12 point
- No more than 1/2" margins all the way around
- No double spacing
- At the very beginning, the story must include a 1-2 paragraph summary of what it is about, as well as 12-15 bullet points of what is covered.
- Finished report must be a word or google doc
- I will own all the rights to the completed work once it is fully paid.
I might be interested in several of these stories so if the quality of your work is great and your prices and turn-around times are fair I will hire you for 5-10 new projects!
