I need a 3D architectural visualization artist to create a cinematic flyover video for a venue concept. The video will begin outside a branded entrance arch, fly under the arch, move through a fan concourse area, and then reveal a central building with rooftop deck, panoramic views, overlooking a landscape. Needs to show crowd energy, lighting, signage, and branded elements.
I already have concept graphics, logos, branding, and visual references. I need someone who can convert these into a polished 3D video, not just edit existing footage.
I believe the required skills are: Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion, Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar architectural visualization tools. Must be able to model from concept images (pdf), create realistic exterior environments, animate cinematic camera movement, add people/crowds, lighting, signage, and deliver a high-quality promotional video maybe 30 seconds in length.
