OverviewI need an experienced Coohom modeller to build a precise 3D model of a new bi-family house in Bevaix, Switzerland, based on official architectural plans from licensed architect Atelier Pietrini. The model must be built manually by tracing the provided plans — no auto-generation, no AI tools, no scripts.

PDF permit plans (officially sanctioned, all floors + sections + facades)

Software: Coohom onlyBuild the entire project natively inside Coohom using the "Upload floor plan" feature to trace over the provided plans. Deliver a shared Coohom project link — not a SKP, not a PDF, not screenshots.

2. Wall accuracy
Exterior walls: ~38-40 cm thickness (Swiss standard)
Interior partition walls: ~10-15 cm
All wall positions must match the Pietrini plans exactly

Bathrooms: shower (Italian walk-in type), WC, sink
Living room: sofa, coffee table
Exact brands/models to be chosen by me later — generic placeholders accepted

Milestone 1 ($50): Preview of Ground Floor traced from plans — walls, windows, doors only — delivered within 48 hours of receiving files. I must approve before proceeding.
Milestone 2 ($150): Complete model — all 3 floors, terrain, furniture — delivered within 7 working days
