3D Character Reconstruction

I need a 3D character model reconstructed based on a single high-quality screenshot. The original file was lost, and I need a professional to rebuild it from scratch in Blender.
Requirements (Strict):
Topology: Must be 100% clean, manual Quad-based topology (no AI-generated triangle meshes). It must be ready for animation/deformation.
UV Mapping: Professional UV unwrapping with no overlaps.
Texturing: Replicate the suit and skin textures from the reference image.
Deliverables: .blend file with organized collections and proper naming conventions.
