3D Design of CAD for Single Fam House

Role Overview
I'm seeking a detail-oriented 3D Modeler to transform CAD design files into high-fidelity, dimensionally accurate 3D models of a single-family residence. The primary focus of this project is the complete exterior & interior modeling of all rooms, ensuring that the transition from 2D lines to 3D space is seamless and ready for rendering or virtual walkthroughs.
Key Responsibilities
CAD Conversion: Interpret 2D CAD files (DWG) including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Full Interior Modeling: Create 3D geometry for all interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.), including walls, windows, doors, and built-in cabinetry.
Full Exterior Modeling
Precision Scaling: Ensure all 3D elements strictly adhere to the dimensions provided in the architectural source files.
Asset Integration: Place and scale furniture, lighting fixtures, and appliances based on provided specifications.
Organization: Maintain clean "outliner" or layer structures within the model for easy navigation and future editing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Expert level in SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, Rhino, or 3ds Max.
Architectural Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural symbols and annotations.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for spatial relationships and interior proportions.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify and flag discrepancies in 2D CAD files before they become 3D errors.
Project Deliverables
A clean, fully manifold 3D model file (format of your choice: e.g., .SKP, .RVT, .OBJ).
Organized layers/groups for each specific room.
Basic "clay" or "white-box" renders for initial spatial approval.
