We’re looking for part-time team members to deliver responsive technical support with optional experience in marketing, WordPress, or graphic design. This is a long-term role with opportunities to grow into more hours and responsibility. This is in the entertainment area. So must be ok working in the Entertainment, alcohol and dating sectors.
🗓 Shift & Availability
Days: Saturday – Tuesday
Shifts: Up to 12 hours per day (fixed schedule)
Pay: $200/month
Start Date: Immediate
Training: 2-day intensive onboarding this week
Interviews & Aptitude Tests: Conducted immediately for the right candidates
💼 Your Core Duties – Technical Support Focus
Respond to live chat and technical support queries within 1 minute
Use tools like HubSpot, TeamViewer, and internal systems
Maintain and update internal FAQs and documentation
Ensure a smooth, reliable support experience for users
🌟 Optional Bonus Experience (Not Required)
If you have skills in the following, you may have the chance to support additional tasks:
Marketing: Email campaigns, social media, content
WordPress: Updates, content edits, plugins
Graphic Design: Canva, Adobe tools, content layout
