Project: Microsoft Access Runtime Data Entry Form + Search (500 records)
Goal
 Build a professional Microsoft Access database and form to manually enter and search approximately 500 application records (scalable beyond that). Must run on a single local Windows 11 PC using Microsoft Access 64-bit Runtime. No user accounts or security required.
Constraints
Single user, local PC only.
Manual data entry from paper or existing documents.
Deliver as ACCDE suitable for Runtime.
Professional UI required.

Data Entry System (Main Form)
 Create a primary data-entry form with a clean, professional multi-tab layout. Must support New record, Save, Next/Previous record navigation, and a button to open the Search screen. Fields must use the correct control type (checkbox, dropdown, radio buttons, multi-line text), with consistent spacing and alignment.

Admin Screen for Dropdown Lists
 Create an Admin form to manage dropdown list values (add/edit/delete). At minimum:
Age_Group list
Communication_Level list
Children_Timing list
Ethnicity list
Education_Degree list (if implemented as dropdown)
First_Language list (if implemented as dropdown)
The main form dropdowns must pull their values from these tables.
 
Duplicate Detection
 When saving a new record or updating key identity fields, the system must warn if a possible duplicate exists based on: exact non-blank match on phone, email, or combination first/last name
 
Search and Results Screen
 Create a Search form that supports:
Quick search boxes at top (at minimum: Last_Name, First_Name, age group, sex, wants children, marital status, values, traditional, and a keyword that can match any word in any record (any field) and be included.
Advanced filters allowing any combination of fields (checkbox fields, dropdown fields, dates, etc., also a keyword that maybe available any).
Results displayed in a continuous rows list/grid.
Results grid must show at least: Last_Name, First_Name, Sex, Age_Group, Marital_Status, Has_Children, values
User can double-click a row to open that record in the main form for view/edit.
 
Runtime and Lockdown
 Deliver the final database as an ACCDE suitable for Access Runtime (64-bit). Configure startup so:
The user opens directly into the application (main menu or main form).
No access to tables, design view, navigation pane, or ribbon features that expose internals.
 Provide brief instructions for installing Access Runtime and launching the app.
UI Requirement
 Forms must look polished and professional: consistent fonts, spacing, aligned labels/controls, clean tab layout, and usable on a typical Windows 11 screen. A basic-looking form is not acceptable.
Timeline and Payment
Must be completed within 1–2 days.
Payment after we review and accept the work.
Budget: $25 if basic, $50 if very nice.
